Ardene needed a full Centric Planning implementation. That meant owning every layer — the integration spec, the connections between source systems and the platform, the schema across staging, data warehouse, and master data, the ADF pipelines, the stored procedures, and the validation all the way through go-live.
Defined the full integration spec — what data was needed, what format it had to arrive in, what the mandatory fields were, and how it would map across each layer.
Designed the schema across all three layers — staging, data warehouse, and master data — and planned the migration of the pipeline layer onto Microsoft Fabric Warehouse.
Built the ADF pipelines, wrote the stored procedures, set up the system connections between source and target, handled the Fabric migration, and secured credentials through Azure Key Vault.
Validated data consistency across all layers, produced reporting for the business team, and supported the cutover through go-live.
